It is a matter of immense pleasure and privilege that a decade back,we entered into seed business which itself is an integral part of the most important mission on this planet- fulfilling the basic needs of the living creatures. This besides making available food, shelter and clothing to mankind also provides food to animals and the plant. We do acknowledge that presently we are the small contributors to the big mission. But this always means a big opportunity to make sincere efforts to garner an honorable share in the coming years. So far the journey has been very challenging and exciting simultaneously. The challenging circumstances made our resolve stronger and the exciting times kept us reminding of our responsibilities towards our suppliers, vendors, distribution channel partners, our bankers and most importantly to OUR CUSTOMERS, TEAM MEMBERS AND OUR FAMILIES. We have been learning through our own and others’ experiences. These learnings are keeping us focused to make small improvements in our overall operations regularly. We simultaneously vow to fulfill our C.S.R. in a very diligent manner. We wish to ensure that all those who are related to our business remain with us happy, healthy, wealthy and wise in all respects. We believe in what Thoreau said and we quote. “ If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer.” Our understanding of this different drummer is a visionary who strives to outpace the also rans and guides the man to the next level of excellence all the time. And justifiably we wish to move forward on the path of excellence, hand in hand with those who share our dreams.
